Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes

Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes are widely utilized in applications requiring superior corrosion resistance, especially in caustic and acidic environments. These pipes and tubes are primarily used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, marine and offshore engineering, heat exchangers, nuclear plants, aerospace, and food processing units. Due to their excellent thermal conductivity, resistance to various corrosive media, and mechanical strength, Nickel 200/201 Pipes & Tubes are well-suited for both high-temperature and cryogenic service.
Nickel 200 is commercially pure wrought nickel with outstanding resistance to alkalis, while Nickel 201 is a low-carbon version of Nickel 200, which offers improved resistance to graphitization at elevated temperatures. These pipes and tubes are manufactured under international quality standards such as ASTM B161, B163, B725 and ASME SB161, SB163, SB725. The combination of high ductility, excellent weldability, and low hardness makes them easy to fabricate and ideal for demanding industrial conditions.
