The 202 Stainless Steel Pipe is made up of austenitic stainless steel of grade 202. It has around 16% min chromium and 0.5% min nickel in its chemical composition. This pressure in low temperature environments could cause regular pipes to crack, thus leading to failure in the entire processing unit. However, the SS 202 Welded Tubing material is durable and can withstand low temperatures. A combination of these properties and a good economical value makes the UNS S20200 U Tube a good substitutional alternative to alloy 304.
Stainless Steel WNR 1.4373 Tubes can be produced with a wide array of properties. You can use the large cross-sectional area spruce system if there is not much difference between the thickness of the spurge and the thickness of that steel. Unlike the small gate system, the larger gate system can make feeding easier with its slow cooling function. There are times when shrinkage errors are far from the goal. This usually occurs when the structure of 202 Stainless Steel Tubes is more complex due to insufficient packing of the molten steel between the inlet and the contraction area. Increasing the casting temperature correctly can significantly reduce the shrinkage effect if only a small amount of shrinkage is observed with this stainless steel. The slower the casting speed, the more the shrinkage is reduced under the premise that the casting is not defective in content.
